Weekend Adult Ski Lessons Information

Beginning Adult Cross Country Skiing

Brief Description: Get out this winter and learn to cross-country ski! This class will cover all the basics of cross country touring to get you into the mountains during Laramie's longest season. An indoor, classroom session provides information on equipment, clothing, waxing and where to ski. Don't miss out on another season of cross country skiing - it is the best exercise you can get without the pounding of running. Participants are responsible for supplying their own ski equipment.  There are no specifications for equipment for the class; however, narrower skis without metal edges suited for groomed trails are preferred.  Waxless or "fish-scale" skis are fine.
